"health is the foundation of your life"

i was taught from a young age that your health is your responsibility. i believe so deeply in caring for our bodies with love and attention. i’m very conscious of what i put into my body. i try to eat foods with great ingredients and that’s one of the keys to good health. it’s important to reduce or eliminate the processed stuff. we have to do other things to make ourselves healthy too. here are a couple of suggestions: 

1. something you can do is schedule a blood test, which gives you a complete breakdown of how your body is running. this can really helpful because then you have the tools.

2. it’s good to know your family’s health history, so you know what to look for. 

3. review your company’s health insurance policy and see which plan works best for you. 

4. schedule your annual physical, eye and ob/gyn appointments. 

5. doctor’s can guide you, but you have to be proactive. speak to multiple doctors and compare their suggestions. ask questions and do your own research.
