what’s in season – may

it’s berry season! berries are my favorite fruits and they deserve all of the nutritional hype. berries are so refreshing and i love the antioxidants they provide. may is also such a good time to eat your greens. you can start enjoying refreshing salads with leafy greens like lettuce, spinach and arugula. you can make so many variations of a salad bowl that taste amazing. add these fruits and vegetables to your spring produce shopping list.
