we all need a bit of inspiration and calmness. sharing some approaches to life that help me feel peace and connected with myself. 

pay attention to the little things that make you feel good and more energized. then, make the effort to do them more. those little things add up to your whole day which adds up to happiness 

make everything feel like a beautiful and luxurious experience. keep your spaces clean and organized even mundane spaces like your desk space. add beautiful items! i don’t see anything wrong with that. our energies feed off of our surroundings

phone detox doing this brings a range of mental and emotional benefits. it allows you to disconnect from constant notifications and digital distractions. you’ll feel more present . relaxed and in control of your time. ta phone detox reduces your urge to check your phone. you will have the mental space to focus on yourself, reduce stress and even boost creativity and mindfulness. 

give meditation a try in the morning. i notice differences in my mood when i keep up with my meditation routine. i’m noticeably more calmer and self aware. when you’re self aware you’re more likely to be positive, kind and compassionate. being mindful each day will help you see the big picture of how you treat yourself and others and how you affect those around you and vice versa. 

deep breathing there are so many physiological benefits. it helps to expand your lungs which allow more oxygen in your bloodstream. helps promote relaxation, this is especially important if you’re feeling stressed or in a stressful situation.
