- INGREDIENTS:
- - 1 cup raw organic honey
- - 2 lemons
- - 1 orange
- - 2 inch ginger root
- - fresh or ground tumeric to taste
- METHOD:
- thinly slice your orange and lemons - make sure to remove all the seeds before adding to your bowl. grate or fine chop your ginger root and turmeric root (you could also use powdered turmeric). add the honey. combine all the ingredients in a bowl and store in an airtight jar in the fridge. scoop a tablespoon or so and pour boiling water. use as needed for about a week.
