this is a perfect snack when you are craving some chips. these you can enjoy as many as you want- guilt free. you can buy already made kale chips at the grocery store but a small bag is pretty expensive. you can do this at home for just a couple of dollars.
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch of kale
- olive oil
- salt to taste
- METHOD:
- preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. remove the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. wash your kale then dry your kale completely with a paper towel - this is the most important step or they will burn. in a large bowl, toss your kale with the olive oil and salt. arrange your kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. bake 12-20 minutes until the kale is dark green and crispy. check throughout to avoid burning your kale chips.
