bedding is a really important part of home maintenance and self care. at the end of the day, you want to have the feeling of i want to jump in this bed and relax. i find it therapeutic to make my bed and take really good care of it. i find that someplace where you spend so much time isn’t that something that should be regulated to something you do loosely. i want to share some small tips on how to choose a pillow. try not to arbitrarily find any pillow because it will affect the quality of your sleep.
when shopping for a pillow keep in mind the type of sleeper that you are. different sleeping positions mean a different type of pillow to support a healthy posture. the right pillow will help keep your head, neck and spine in neutral alignment.
stomach sleeper – flat pillow
back sleeper – medium thickness
side sleeper – max thickness for neck support
