can we talk about how incredible morning walks are? it’s such a mood booster. you get your endorphins pumping, sunshine and fresh air. walks in nature are my favorite because they are grounding yet energizing. if you have a lot on your mind, walks are great for expressing, acknowledging and understanding your range of emotions. on my walks, i always go to God and i talk to Him for just about anything!

try to leave your phone behind. your walk will be all the more amazing. i walk without my phone to stay present, find clarity, gain a new perspective, and to connect with myself.
