sharing the best tips on how to dry your clothes on damp days, and or winter. if you don’t have a dryer or if it’s broken, these are some good tips. before even using these tips, check the weather and pick a day that is dry and a bit sunny to do your laundry.
smaller loads in – this leaves space during the spin cycle
put the lightweight clothes together and the heavier clothes together – the clothes will dry faster
use a high spin wash/ spin cycle – this removes excess water –
*when it’s time to dry, you want to hang the clothes on a drying rack and find the best spot – next to a window near a window where there’s sunlight. when doing this step, open a window to remove moisture in your home. a dehumidifier works well too!
put clothes near oven/ radiator – try not to hang your clothes over the radiators because it can cause condensation
put clothes outside in the wind – if clothes are inside you can shake your clothes every couple of hours to mimic the wind ;-P
