nothing beats the simplicity of scrambled eggs but i usually take it to the next level by adding broccoli and onion. this is a good breakfast to make if you’re short on time.
- INGREDIENTS:
- 2 broccoli florets
- diced onion
- 2 farm fresh eggs
- 2 tbsp organic milk
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- METHOD:
- dice half of a small onion. cut 2 broccoli florets into smaller pieces. add your olive oil to the pan over low heat. add your broccoli and onion and season with a bit of salt & pepper. meanwhile, in a small bowl, add your two eggs with your milk and whisk together (don't overbeat). add your egg mixture to your pan and season with a little more salt & pepper. fold your eggs with a spatula.
yummy! nothing like an east egg meal when you’re in a rush!
i LOVE scrambled eggs but i’ve never tried this combo. i’m most definitely making it soon!
