- - 1.5 tbsp paprika
- - 1 tbsp chili powder
- - 1 tbps granulated garlic

- - barbecue sauce
- METHOD:
-
in a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, granulated garlic and granulated onion until it's well combined. take the ribs and cut off any extra fat. season both sides with salt & pepper where you can see how much you're putting on. then take the spice rub and pat it in on both sides. wrap the ribs tightly in 2 layers of aluminum foil and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. preheat the oven to 250 degrees and while the oven is preheating, take the ribs out of the fridge and wait about 15-20 minutes before putting them in. put the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and let them bake for 2.5 hours. low and slow is what will make these easy fall off the bone ribs. remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool briefly. they will hold their juices this way. preheat grill to medium high while keeping the lid closed. take the ribs carefully out of the aluminum foil while saving the juices. brush on barbecue sauce on the meaty side and place the ribs, meaty side down on the grill. cook for 5 to 10 minutes. this depends on how charred/ caramelized you like your ribs. flip the ribs, brush with barbecue sauce and cook for 5 to 10 minutes more. place the ribs on a serving dish and pour your leftover juices.
hot tip: Costco and BJ's have the meatiest and tastiest of ribs.
