sunday brunch is the most important meal of the week, so why not add this delicious homemade acai bowl into your sunday morning. this is one of my favorites once it’s a bit sunnier outside. this acai bowl has the perfect creamy, frozen texture and is so refreshing to eat.

- INGREDIENTS:
- base
- - ⅓ frozen blueberries
- - ⅓ frozen raspberries
- - ½ frozen banana (or ½ cup frozen mango)
- - sambazon acai
- -1 cup almond milk
- toppings
- - granola
- - seasonal fruits (kiwi, strawberries)
- - coconut flakes
- - peanut butter
- - cacao nibs
- METHOD:
- in your blender, combine the frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries and frozen banana. run your frozen sambazon acai under warm water or leave it on the counter then add the acai pulp into the blender. add your milk of choice, for me, i like using almond milk here because it tastes best. blend and pour your smoothie into a bowl. you can use whatever toppings you like.
