a little morning stretch

"take care of your body. it's the only place you have to live."

3 minutes of stretches are all it takes to transform the way you feel. it’s simple, quick and makes a world of a difference to your mood and well-being. stretches also ease sore muscles and cramps. i promise you will feel amazing! 

some gentle stretches to try: 

chest opener – this will get oxygen to your lungs. 

arm swings – a great way to warm- up or cool down

hip circles – one of my favorites for glute activation 

side bend reach – this will strengthen and stretch you. you’ll feel long and lean on going both directions.  or you can do the bend and snap! let me know if you get the movie reference in the comments.
